Order fulfillment and returns
Orders
Our products are printed on demand by a third party and sent directly to you. Orders are therefore fulfilled in multiple locations & facilities, depending on what you order and/or where you're based. This means that delivery times can vary across products and locations.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your order is defective when you receive it, please email us at loveyerbird@gmail.com using the subject line 'DEFECTIVE RETURN ENQUIRY'
Please include pictures of the issue, your order details and confirmation of whether you require a replacement or a refund. We will then confirm the next steps.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
In the unlikely event you change your mind please email us at loveyerbird@gmail.com using the subject line 'RIGHT TO CANCEL RETURN ENQUIRY'
Please include your order details & we will provide the return address. Please note you must then return the goods within 14 days.
Please note that if you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you will need to pay the return postage costs and retain proof of postage.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.
